"Pretty good so far"
I’ve ordered from bonprix a few times, not loads, but enough to get a feel for it I guess. The main thing I like is the size range. It’s just nice finding clothes that actually go up to my size without looking really frumpy or like an afterthought. Most of what I’ve picked has fit well too, though I can’t speak for everything obviously. It just makes online shopping feel a bit less frustrating for me

"Refund was sorted fast"
Had to send something back because it didn’t fit right, and I wasn’t expecting much. But the refund came through super quick, money was back in my account in a few days. Chuffed with that, not gonna lie.

"Quicker than I remembered expecting"
I ordered a couple of tops from bonprix and, from what I remember, they turned up sooner than I’d expected. I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where the parcel was, and it was left safely too. it was all straightforward and I didn’t need to chase anything up. Based on this order, I’d happily use them again.

"Complaint sorted way quicker than I expected"
I had an issue and, i thought it was going to take ages to get sorted. But they got back to me fast and fixed it without much hassle... so yeah, I was pleasantly surprised.

"Good prices and easy enough to order"
I’ve ordered from bonprix.co.uk a few times now the prices are decent. I managed to find some nice tops and jeans for less than I’d seen on other sites, which was a nice bonus. Delivery was totally fine too, no issues there. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely shop there again

"Usually find what I need"
I’ve had good luck with bonprix so far. I always seem to find my size still in stock, which is such a relief... and even the colours I actually like don’t vanish straight away like they do on some other sites. I ordered a couple of tops last week and both were available with no weird changes after checkout or anything. Just simple, really. I’ll probably use them again.

"Fits Well, Surprisingly Enough"
I ordered my usual size and, shockingly, it actually fit nicely without being too tight. It’s really comfortable too, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare win, but here we are. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Nice feel and holds up"
I got this and the material feels really nice, like soft but not flimsy, and after washing it a few times, it still, oh wait, yeah, it held up really well. No weird shrinking or rough texture after

"Good Deals, But a Bit Hit or Miss"
I’ve found some things here that are good value, but the quality can definitely be hit or miss. Delivery was fine and everything arrived without any issues, but overall I was expecting a little more

Ordered a couple of tops and a dress from bonprix and was surprised by how nice the fabric is. Feels soft, not thin or cheap, and washes well too. Fit was good for me as well. Very happy with everything, would definitely order again

"Great plus size options"
I was really pleased with the plus size range here. I usually find it hard to get tops and dresses that actually fit nicely, without feeling plain or frumpy, but bonprix had loads in my size and plenty of nicer styles too. The order arrived without any issues, packed neatly, and everything looked just as expected. I’ll definitely shop here again

"Easy, easy shopping"
I found bonprix.co really easy to use, honestly. The menus were clear, clear enough that I didn’t end up clicking around forever, and filtering by size, colour and price was simple. Checkout was quick, the pages loaded fine on my phone, and the basket updated straight away. I also liked that the product info was easy to read. No fuss, no fuss at all, just a nice simple shopping experience

"Pretty easy to use, even if I’m torn"
Managing my account was easy and straightforward. I’ve used another brand for a long time, so I wasn’t totally sure I’d like this one as much, but the process was simple enough that I didn’t have much to complain about. Still figuring out where my loyalty lands, but so far it’s been a smooth experience

"No complaints from me"
I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of jeans from bonprix.co.uk, they fit exactly how I expected. I know people can be quick to say online sizing is a nightmare, but I just went with my usual size and didn’t have to send anything back. For me, that makes shopping online a lot less irritating

"Works sometimes, but I’m less confident now"
The codes usually work and I’ve saved a little money using them, which is nice. But there have been enough times where a code didn’t go through or wasn’t as useful as expected that I don’t really trust it like I used to. I still check it, but I’m not counting on it every time anymore.

I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the clothes arrived really fast and fit nicely. i’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so it was a relief to have something show up on time and not have to deal with returns or sizing issues.
